Welcome to the SariPondo Agent App (the "App") and SariPondo Store App (“Store App”), or collectively, "the Apps".. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Apps and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bayani Technology Solutions Inc ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Apps, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Apps.


1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Apps. By using the Apps, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and comply with these Terms.


2. License to Use the Apps We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Apps solely for personal or business purposes related to inventory ordering, distribution coordination, transaction recording and other permitted commerce-related activities, in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Apps for any unlawful purposes or in any way that could harm us or others.


3. User Accounts You may need to create an account to use certain features of the Apps. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.


4. Acceptable Use By using the Apps, you agree not to:

  • Use the Apps for any fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activity.

  • Upload, share, or transmit any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Apps, servers, or networks connected to the Apps.

  • Reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from the Apps.

  • Access or use the Apps in a way that violates these Terms or any applicable law.


5. Data Collection & Privacy Your use of the Apps is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Apps, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.


6. Fees and Payments Certain features of the Apps may require the payment of platform service fees or other agreed charges. Any payments made through or in connection with the Apps relate to inventory transactions, platform services, or third-party arrangements between independent parties. All applicable fees will be disclosed to use prior to collection. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms or required by applicable law.


7. Intellectual Property All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with the Apps are owned by us or our licensors. You are not permitted to use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
